The Z Loft is a 1,100 sf space in Greenwich Village. The project brings calm back to a once maze like layout by creating a new bedroom and bath as the only two enclosed spaces in a large, open loft. The floors were updated, lighting was installed, walls were refinished, and a massive - though translucent - sliding door was added as a reference to the space's industrial past.
