The Reservoir Viewfinder House is a whole house remodel, both interior and exterior, of a 4,400 sf house in upstate New York. The magnificent views from the house, as well as the wooded and private nature of the site, are the guides for the design and layout. The house employs green features such as cork floors, zinc cladding, radiant floor heating, and bamboo woodwork, among others. Phase I was finished in 2009.
