Convertable Playroom

This project is a repurposing of a small TV room within the interior of a large apartment. It is intended to be a place to play, do homework, watch movies, and take an occasional snooze. The driving concept behind the design was based on an animated graphic of a line winding through the space. The plane of the line becomes the desk, the shelves, and organizes the elements within the woodwork. A double Murphy bed comes down over a built in sofa, and a custom bench serves as a seat for the desk and as storage.
