800 University Avenue is a fraternity house on the campus of Cornell University built in 1927. This 18,000 sf house has 27 private sleeping rooms and a series of common gathering rooms, as well as two fireplaces, two large porches, and a large yard. The project consists of a restoration and modernization of the house - including but not limited to: floor and window replacement, wood restoration, bathroom(s) redesign, sprinkler systems, kitchen upgrade, and stair rebuilding.
